FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method involves function ts.e.=f(τ) as relation obtained by interaction of sensitive probe element with two-phase flow, heated soldered thermocouple junction is used as sensitive probe element, interaction time Δτi of sensitive probe element and elementary vapour inclusion is defined on the basis of function Δτi=τei-τbi, where τei, τbi are respectively the time of interaction end and beginning between sensitive probe element and elementary vapour inclusion, τei, τbi are defined as points of function ts.e.=f(τ), where value dts.e./dτ is variable, ts.e. is temperature of heated sensitive thermocouple element reached during interaction of heated sensitive thermocouple element with two-phase flow.
EFFECT: improved reliability and precision of definition.
