SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and biology area and can be used at research of antioxidising properties of the medicinal preparations applied to correction of processes peroxide oxidation of lipids, and at estimation of antioxidatic activity of biological liquids. The method lies in estimation of antioxidising activity of chemical compounds and biological liquids by an induction of free-radical reactions in a test system on the basis of aqueous solutions at presence and absence of investigated compounds or investigated biological liquids with the subsequent measurement of fast burst of chemoluminescence and determination of antioxidatic activity on degree of suppression of chemoluminescence in the samples containing investigated compounds or the investigated biological liquid. The method allows inducing free-radical reactions by exposure of the sample within 5-100 seconds with high-energy incoherent impulse radiation, with duration of impulse of 1-10 milliseconds, current intensity of 1 kiloampere, voltage on electrodes of 10 kilovolt, energy of 5 J in 1 impulse.

EFFECT: reduction of number of labour-consuming operations, augmentation of accuracy of measurement of antioxidising properties of medicinal preparations.
