FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns adjustable microwave device (10) including microwave integral circuit (11) and substrate (6). The objective is achieved by including laminated structure between microwave integral circuit and substrate (5). The laminary structure functions as soil layer and contains at least one regularly or irregularly structured first metal layer (1), at least one second metal layer (3), at least one adjustable layer (2) of segnetoelectric film. The layers are positioned in such pattern, that segnetoelectric film layer (2) is placed between first metal layer (1) and second metal layer (3).
EFFECT: improved operation efficiency and simplified designing of microwave devices.
