FIELD: food products, mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame with mounted cutting mechanism as well as drive feeding and positioning mechanism and a guide for bird's neck. Feeding and positioning mechanism is made as a disc with a chute with cross plates on the disc perimeter. The cross plates are inclined for turning bird's head to the cutting mechanism. The bird's neck guide is mounted above the cutting mechanism as well as above feeding and positioning mechanism.
EFFECT: invention allows simplifying the device design and improving quality of poultry slaughtering.
