FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: injector for syringe with syringe body, cannula and needle, piston and piston rod, and at least one working element transforming manual operations made by patient to moving syringe during puncturing and return, as well as to moving piston rod during injection, with guide to hold syringe and movable by pusher for moving piston rod. Operation by single directed linear movement of working element is transformed to puncturing, injection and return with provided combined loading of guide and pusher with working element during puncturing and with provided loading of pusher only during injection. The guide contains movable receiver in which syringe is fixed and which is detachably connected to pusher and is a part of injection sled which to return essentially keeping in scale to puncturing, working element is loaded precisely by position and direction through additional sled by fixing and connecting elements.
EFFECT: higher reliability of injection and usability.
