FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, and may be used for injections of substances into biological tissue. What is presented in an injection device comprising a guide (10) for an injection syringe (50); an injection needle (51) and a body (52) of the injection syringe (50) is moveable towards a human body (1) or backwards. An actuator (20) which is connected to the injection syringe (50) and used to actuate it. The actuator (20) has an actuating element (21) forming a piston (53) retainer of the injection syringe (50) on the guide (10) so that during backward motion, the piston (53) travels in the opposite direction from the injection needle (51) and the body (52) of the syringe. The guide (10) has a bearing assembly (11) and a guide tube (12) for the injection needle (51). The guide tube (12) is pivotally mounted on the bearing assembly (11) for setting an injection angle of the injection syringe (50). The injection device comprises an image-forming sensor (40) which is coupled to the guide (10) or the retainer (30). What is presented is a medical device (200) for injection of a substance into the human body comprising the injection device (100) and the injection syringe (50) with the needle (51), the body (52) of the syringe and the piston (53). The injection syringe (50) is located in the guide (10) of the injection device (100). What is presented is a method of injection of the injectable substance in the human body which uses the injection device (100) and/or the injection device (200). The substance is administered during the backward movement of the injection needle (50) from the human body.
EFFECT: invention provides more accurate positioning of the injection needle to deposit the injectable substance exactly in the desired location minimising the risk of damage of surrounding tissue.
