FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of liquids distillation includes evaporation of liquid from available surface of evaporation, creation of steam space above evaporation surface, steam condensation from steam space in capillary channels with condensate drain while it is accumulated, and differs by the fact that condensation is performed in capillary channels separated with free gaps, condensation heat is removed through capillary walls by means of their contact with distilled liquid or environment, at that menisci position is adjusted in capillary channels for maintenance of maximum efficiency of distillation process.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of process with lower operational and material expenses; possibility of durable operation of equipment without servicing and shutdowns; insensitivity to accumulation of final products of distillation and simplicity of process control.
