SUBSTANCE: device for desalination of deaerated salty water contains reservoir of deaerated salty water 1, manifold of salty water supply for desalination 2, regenerative heat exchanger 3, evaporator 4 with heater 5, detector of water level 6 in evaporator 4, steam pipeline 7, ascending section 8 of steam pipeline 7, vacuum valve 9, sensor of gas phase parameters 10, screen 11, descending section 12 of steam pipeline 7, condenser 13, device for condensation heat exhaust 14, manifold of fresh water bleed 15, reservoir of fresh water escape 16, device for heat removal from evaporator 17, manifold for brine bleed 18, heat removal device 19 from manifold 18, start up pump 20, water radiator 21, sea 22. Low pressure in communicating cavities of evaporator 4 and condenser 13 is generated at the account of hydrostatic vacuumisation with column of salty water and brine from level of liquid in manifolds 2 and 18, on which full pressure of liquid is equal to atmospheric, to the level of salty water in evaporator 4 and column of fresh water from its level in manifold 15, on which full pressure of fresh water is equal atmospheric, to the level of fresh water in condenser 13.

EFFECT: minimisation of water boiling temperature in evaporator to possibility to use low potential heat in technological process.
