FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns device for oil retraction from lateral surface area of roller body and circular surface pin in bearing of bearing unit of mill roller. Device includes rotating sealing ring force-mounted on pin between bearing elements and lateral roller body surface. First conical ring with external conical surface slanted in direction of x-x roller axis from lateral body surface is sealed with its cylindrical internal surface against external surface of rotating sealing ring. Second conical ring is mounted rigidly in bearing body, internal ring surface is distanced from cone surface of first conical ring, and together they form hydraulic suction gap for oil removal from lateral roller body surface. Inlet suction gap end oriented towards roller body enters annular inlet chamber formed by lateral surfaces of first conical ring oriented in radial direction and tilted against axis, and by opposite radial surface in the form of annular head flange of second conical ring, and by external surface area of rotating sealing ring. Outlet suction gap end oriented opposite to roller body enters annular oil collector chamber formed by lateral surface of second conical ring oriented in radial direction, radial lateral surface positioned at distance opposite to it and fixed rigidly in bearing body, annular head in the for of annular flange, and lateral wall section of first conical ring.

EFFECT: reliable oil retraction in roller bearings.
