FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling. In the method, the roller device contains mill roll (110), neck (114) of which is placed with the possibility of rotation in bearing sleeve (130) of cushion (120) of the rolling stand. Between the bearing sleeve and the neck of the roll annular gap (180) for receiving the lubricant is arranged. Said annular gap is formed both on the side of the barrel and on the side of the cushion remote from the barrel using sealing rings (140, 150). To increase the bearing capacity and, accordingly, the rolling force of the mill roll of the roller device while maintaining or reducing their structural size without overheating the roller device, in accordance with the invention, discharge channels are provided (132) in passage allowing corner area (β) of bearing sleeve (130) for draining lubricant from annular gap (180) to space (160, 170) for receiving oil.
EFFECT: increased bearing capacity and rolling effort of mill roll.
