FIELD: technological processes, metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: system for pouring out aluminium from mixer into mould includes mixer, tray for pouring molten aluminium into the mould, electromagnetic stopper for pouring molten aluminium from the mixer, located on the lower part of the walls of the mixer, electromagnetic stopper for the discharge of the molten aluminium through the channel of supply at the bottom of the tray and electromagnetic diverter of the stream of molten aluminium on the tray for conveyance through the opening aperture in the lateral wall of the case of the tray. The electromagnetic stopper for pouring the molten aluminium from a mixer is made in the form of a magnetic conductor of a conical shape with winding of magnetization, which acts with the conical opening in the wall of the mixer made of steel. The electromagnetic deflector of the flow of molten aluminium in the tray has located on the case of the tray in the motion of moving a metal current transformer consisting of a core with a winding, covering in the cross-section the entire tray, and a magnetic conductor of a C-shaped form on whose vertical wall the winding of an alternating current is placed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to use cross-section and longitudinal flow of aluminium by magnetic or electromagnetic fields.
