FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: device relates to the field of welding manufacture, particularly to devices for welding with pulse preflow and can be used in gas-shielded welding of a wide spectrum of constructions; including those whose connection is formed in various spatial positions. The device contains a welding head for gas supply or a mixture of gases in the welding zone. The case is executed with an outlet connected by means of a nozzle with the welding head. The first inlet channel is connected by means of a nozzle with the main supply of one gas. There is, at least, one second inlet channel for supplying another gas into the mixing chamber, made in the valve-core. The nozzle is connected to the main supply of the other gas in the second inlet channel. The valve-core is made from a magnetic material and is established with an axial reciprocating mechanism. The element for controlling the movement of the valve-core for regulating the supply of gases to the mixing chamber is placed on the external surface of the container. The first inlet channel for the supply of one gas is on the case. The valve-core with the axial reciprocating mechanism is established in the cavity of the container. The mixing chamber is formed by end faces of the case and the valve-core and an internal surface of the container. The nozzle for the supply of the other gas into the second inlet channel is established with the capability of axial adjusting movement at the end face of the container.

EFFECT: invention allows to put welding seam of high accuracy and lower electric costs.
