SUBSTANCE: device contains union hermetically welded to composite package, turnable cap self-opening device arranged inside union. Self-opening device is set into rotation by turning the cap. Inner side of union has at least two guides with variable tilting. At least two guide ribs with guide surfaces are arranged on outer side of self-opening device. Uniform rotation of self-opening device inside union is provided by interaction of guide surfaces and union guides. Self-opening device move first along screw line downwards and then changes for turning in horizontal plane.
EFFECT: provision of accurate cutting out of hole in laminate or film in union and clean edges of cut.
