FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method of glazing a concrete article involves heating its surface to a temperature 100°C lower than the operating burning temperature, depositing onto the hot surface of the concrete article a first layer of slop glaze, thermal processing of that layer at the same temperature, depositing onto the hot surface a second layer of foamed slop glaze and burning. When depositing the first and second layers, slop glaze of different colour is used.
EFFECT: lower burning temperature.
