FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of glased concrete products: panels, blocks and slabs. The method of making glased concrete products involves preparation of a concrete mixture, putting it into a mould, laying down the underlayer, hardening, depositing a layer of glase slurry, drying it and melting. The underlayer used is crushed foamed glass with particle size of 5-10 mm, where the glase slurry is melted at temperature which is 50-100°C higher than the softening point of the foamed glass.
EFFECT: reduced loss of strength of concrete products during glasing.
