FIELD: chemistry, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry. Crashed plant raw material is stood at room temperature for not less than two days with 70% ethyl alcohol with weight ration of raw material and alcohol from 1:4 to 1:6, then content of alcohol in extract is reduced to concentration 55-35%, mainly by its distillation at lower pressure, obtained extract is diluted with water until alcohol concentration is not higher than 1.5%, preserving extract pH within 3.5-6.5. For long storage preservative - sodium benzoate or potassium sorbate, is added to extract, extract pH is preserved by adding citric and/or ascorbic acid.
EFFECT: obtaining extract with lower alcohol content, but preserving useful properties and good for using during time as long as for traditional alcohol tinctures.
