FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of chemistry, namely to a method for obtaining a tincture from buds of balsamic poplar. The method includes unfolding balsamic poplar buds in one layer on grid shelves, processing with a stream of water steam, which is directed perpendicular to the corresponding grid shelf at a steam temperature of 120°C and pressure of 2 atm for 60 minutes, after which the pressure in a reactor is reduced to atmospheric one, the temperature inside the reactor is brought to room temperature, spent grist of balsamic poplar buds is extracted for further processing, and the condensate obtained in the reactor is poured into a beaker, cooled, held with subsequent decantation of a dispersed system, a semi-finished product obtained after decantation is melted and sent to a technological container, where it is mixed with ethyl alcohol in a ratio to obtain 10% tincture, then it is held, and the resulting tincture is filtered.

EFFECT: invention provides a tincture of balsamic poplar buds, which has a more effective set of useful substances, with the required controlled concentration in alcohol preservative, as well as an expansion of the arsenal of technical means for obtaining medicinal tinctures.
