FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of alcohol-free beverages. Beverage contains per 100 dhal of end product: 35-55 kg of sugar, 1.4-2.08 kg of sweetener, 24-32 kg of concentrated base "Ginseng with herbs", 0.8-1.5 kg of citric acid, 2-5.1 kg of dye, 0.37-0.3774 kg preservative and 0.08-0.204 kg of flavouring agent with herbs aroma and 0.08-0.2 kg with Rosemary aroma. Beverage also on 100 dhal of end beverage contains 5.9-6.2 l of liquid carbon dioxide and water-balance. Concentrated base "Ginseng with herbs" contains ginseng roots, Tickseed herb, hop cones, ashberries, leaves of nettle and Ginger roots. As a preserving agent may be represented by sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate in an amount respectively of 0.17-0.1734 and 0.2-0.204 kg per 100 dhal of end product.
EFFECT: beverage has balanced tender spicy aroma of vegetal raw materials included in the disclosed composition, spicy sweetish taste with a freshening, soft nuance sharpness reminding fruit taste with thin Strawberry and herbal note and with light coniferous note in the aftertaste, has a pleasant colour and has additional preventive properties.
