FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns methods of bulk amorphous materials receiving and can be used in instrument engineering, aerospace, automotive and metallurgical industries at production of magnetic shields, electromagnetic transducers, magnetic conductors. It is implemented layer-by-layer deposition on cooled undercoat of preliminary melted particles of amorphous powder, heating of which is implemented in plasma jet. At particles of amorphous powder sputter it is implemented additional cooling of sputter patch circumference by heat carrier. Heat carrier consumption and speed relative to plasma jet displacement and undercoat is defined so, that cooling rate of sputtered layer would exceed amorphisation critical speed.
EFFECT: receiving of bulk amorphous material.
