FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to thermal equipment and may be used in designs of furnaces for thermal treatment and soldering of items, for instance, heat-exchangers from aluminium alloys. Electric furnace contains hollow casing with end covers, one of which is fixed on the casing, and the other has the possibility of displacement, and also heat screens installed in the casing, heating elements and table for item installation, movable end cover is mounted on the trolley, equipped with cantilevers fixed on its internal side, heat screens are fixed on cantilevers, and heating elements are made in the form of two "П"-shaped plates with the possibility of connection with source of power supply, one of plates is fixed in casing, and the other - in cantilevers, at that plates are installed horizontally, with their end walls to the covers, and are turned in relation to each other by 90 degrees in respect to longitudinal axis of furnace body.

EFFECT: higher quality of items due to even heating of items in working mode.
