METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF DEVELOPMENT OF CARDIOVASCULAR COMPLICATIONS FOLLOWING SUFFERED ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION WITH ST SEGMENT ELEVATION IN PATIENTS WITH ANXIETY AND DEPRESSIVE DISORDERS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G01N33/49

Abstract RU 2593791 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to cardiology, and concerns prediction of developing cardiovascular complications following acute myocardial infarction with ST segment elevation in patients with anxiety and depressive disorders (TDR). For this purpose, bioluminescent method is used to determine in thrombocytes activity of NADPH-dependent glutamate dehydrogenase - NADPH-GDG, NADH-dependent glutamate dehydrogenase - NADN-GDG and glutathione reductase - GR. Then calculating coefficient of glutamate-glutathione ratio - KGGC, which is a ratio of total activity of NADPH-GDG and NADH-GDG to NADICDG activity, that is KG = (NADPH-GDG + NADN-GDG)/GY. If KG is greater than 1.6, developing cardiovascular complications in patients with OIMpST with TDR is predicted, and if value is equal to or lower than 1.6, absence of cardiovascular complications is predicted.

EFFECT: method enables early and reliable prediction of potential development of cardiovascular complications in given group of patients.
