FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to cardiology, and concerns a method for prediction of development of cardiovascular complications following acute myocardial infarction with ST-segment elevation without anxiety and depressive disorders. For this purpose, bioluminescent method is used in thrombocytes to determine activity of anaerobic reaction of lactate dehydrogenase (NADN-LDG), NADN-dependent reaction of malate dehydrogenase (NADN-MDG) and NAD-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenase (NADICDG). Then coefficient of glyco-lemon ratio (KGLO) representing relation of product of NADN-LDG and NADN-MDG to NADICDG activity is calculated, that is KGLO = (NADN-LDG × NADN-MDG)/NADICDG. If KGLO is below 25.0, development of cardiovascular complications in patients without anxiety and depressive disorders is predicted. If value is equal to or higher than 25.0, absence of cardiovascular complications is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides early and reliable prediction of possible development of cardiovascular complications in a given group of patients.
