FIELD: physics, measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring equipment and can be used for checking electrical electric meters of electric power. To achieve the result the current of the operating load passes through the first and second current circuits of the meter. In this case in the second current circuit meter additional current is created, which turns out to be opposite in phase to the effective voltage. Method is realised with the device, including the calibrated electronic meter with two current measuring circuits, an earthed ac power supply - power supply network, and an active workload. Primary coil of the step-down transformer is connected parallel to the active load. The secondary coil is connected to the second current circuits so that, the general current in the second current circuit becomes more than the current in the first current circuit in magnitude, there is high current sensitivity of the meter.

EFFECT: increase in precision of measuring.
