FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a single-phase power metering instrument connected to an overhead line of high voltage of 0.4 kV via an input and connected with its outlet via a fuse circuit breaker installed in its phase circuit, to a controlled active load. At the same time the controlled active load is connected to a zero bus of the metering device and an output of the fuse circuit breaker via a power diode. In parallel to the controlled active load there is a circuit connected from serially connected power n-p-n transistor and accumulating capacitor. In parallel to the accumulating capacitor there is a circuit of serially connected capacitor and resistor of an inertial link, and also a stabilitron. In parallel to the capacitor of the inertial link there is the primary winding of the separating transformer is connected via a stabistor, the secondary winding of the separating transformer is connected between the control electrode and the cathode of the power thyristor, the anode of which is connected to the positive electrode of the accumulating capacitor and the emitter of the power n-p-n transistor, and the cathode - with the anode of the power diode and the outlet of the fuse circuit breaker. Besides, the control circuit of the power transistor is connected to the outlet of the pulse generator with controlled repetition rate of pulses in the form of a meander via a high-frequency (ferrite) transformer.

EFFECT: provision of the possibility to assess error of proper accounting of consumed power by single-phase induction electric counters as a function of frequency of current interruptions in a load.
