FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: two-axis optical deflector contains sweep mirror, as well as two piezoelectric transducers and two elastic elements mounted on fixed base. Each piezoelectric transducer is connected to mirror through associated push rod, designed as lever established in parallel to mirror and hinged and cantilevered on fixed base so that it is conjugated with face end of associated piezoelectric transducers. Free end of one lever contacts to peripheral zone of mirror in point, laying on gimbal suspension frame rotation axis. Free end of other lever contacts to gimbal suspension frame, in which mirror is established. In addition one elastic element is connected to mirror, and another one with gimbal suspension frame.
EFFECT: provided stable performance of the device not effecting by vibrations and temperature variation.
