FIELD: optics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optics, to devices for controlling direction of deflection of optical beams and can be used in astronomy, systems of vision in turbulent atmosphere, in scanning systems. Control device of two-coordinate piezoceramic optical deflector consists of a decision device, three high-voltage amplifiers, as well as actuators created based on piezo packages. Device includes a two-channel electronic damper consisting of an integrator, a differentiator and an adder connected in series, summing output signals from the differentiator and the low-pass filter with inversion. Two-channel electronic damper is installed between outputs of digital-to-analogue converter and inputs of solver, output voltage of which is controlled by piezoceramic pushers through three amplifiers.

EFFECT: high accuracy and stability of processing control signals.
