FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: two-coordinate piezoceramic wave front inclination angle corrector comprises piezoceramic actuators mounted on the base at points of vertices of an equilateral triangle, a mirror, a housing, a movable platform, ball bearings consisting of sockets and balls. Mirror has a technological spacer, through which it is fixed on a movable platform, the body is implemented with three spring units, each spring unit is two resilient supports with a common cantilever, having recesses on the inner and outer sides, in which ball bearings are installed, first group of balls on one side of consoles is inserted into sockets of movable platform, second group of balls on opposite side of consoles rests on flat surface of washer, which is tightened by screw with movable platform, piezoceramic actuators with spherical tips are installed with one end in conical recesses of consoles, with the other end in conical recesses of adjusting screws installed in base fixed on housing, axes of piezoceramic actuators are displaced from axes of ball bearings in radial direction.
EFFECT: improved technical characteristics of the slope corrector.
