SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monitoring using multifunction space systems (MFSS), which is developed using the principals of multifunction constructional design and can be used as an equipment of dual application in the field of security management of critically important and potentially dangerous objects, population and territory of Union State ''Russia-Belarus'' under the conditions of technological and natural dangers, terroristic and military actions. Advanced system of unified technologies is developed, it incorporates design principals of multifunction space systems and methodological material of multifunction constructional design of such systems, information-logical basis of automated management and operational control systems is used, unified design technology of systems of additional source information collection from different objects of the monitoring system, unified technology of multilevel hierarchical systems of CAUOK and information exchange within the framework of their structure, unified technology of information exchange CAUOK with data support systems of the state bodies of Union State ''Russia-Belarus'' are developed. MFSS as a metasystem is characterised by: stable information uptake, global information support and management, accurate information uptake and efficient management, availability of information for a user of any level and rank.

EFFECT: efficiency enhancement of present information support systems.
