SUBSTANCE: device contains a light source for fluorescence excitation, a radiation delivery system on an eye lens, a spectrophotometer, a control mean and data processing. As a light source for fluorescence excitation contains a pulse-periodic laser. As a delivery system of radiation from the laser to an ocular probe and from an ocular probe to a spectrophotometer - optical fibers. In addition the device contains the ocular probe containing a plate, fixed in a rim and similar on the size with an orbit. Thus optical fibers are fixed on the plate of an ocular probe.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy of measurement; depression of risk of radiation damage of an eye; expansion of diagnostic zones to the sizes of all lenses and reduction of time of carrying out of diagnostics.
