THERMAL PIPE WITH INTENSIFICATION OF SUPPLY OF HEAT-CARRIER Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B18/02 A61F7/12 H01L35/28 F25B21/02

Abstract RU 2338482 C1

FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: thermal pipe with an intensification of supply of the heat-carrier, contains the hollow tube soldered from both sides with a capillary in the form of a thin tubule from a heat-insulating material, and the thermoelectric module, working seals which adjoin a condensation zone, and basic seals are interfaced to the flowing heat exchanger. The hollow tube is narrowed in the form of an acute cone from an evaporation zone, and from a condensation zone - extends in the form of the closed funnel, the capillary in a condensation zone has the expansion filled with a porous material in the form of a metal sponge, established with maintenance of thermal contact with the plate closing a funnel to which other side the working seals of the thermoelectric module are interfaced. The capillary in an evaporation zone has a cone-shaped narrowing on which external surface is pierced the helicoid groove extending from an edge in the form of Archimedes screw which boards adjoin from the inside an acute cone of a tube. In a capillary, on distance of 1-2 cm from place of its expansion, the piston made of a magnetic alloy and executed in the form of cylinder freely moving in a capillary, which basis turned to a zone of condensation is located, the basis turned to a zone of evaporation is executed in the form of an acute cone, and, represents a concave surface, thus outside of a tube on distance of 2-3 cm from a funnel, two windings are reeled up by the isolated copper wire located from each other on distance, equal to two lengths of the piston, and space between the flowing heat exchanger and the plate, free from the thermoelectric module, is filled by a thermal protection.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency and independence of work of the device of orientation in space.
