FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for control and regulation of transfusion preparations in process of their introduction into person's organism. Device contains heat-exchanger, made in form of metal cylinder, one of whose bases is semispherical, and the other is flat, on whose external surface, including semisphere, spiral groove for placement of medical tube of disposable transfusion system is turned. Groove, matching the groove of heat-exchanger, is turned in internal lateral, made of high-conductivity material, surface of cover, tightly installed on heat-exchanger for transfusion preparation. Thermodynamical units are installed in first soldered joints contact with heat-exchanger for transfusion preparation, and second soldered joints -with liquid-based heat-exchanger. Spiral groove of heat-exchanger for transfusion preparation is made with turn through semispherical base and return to flat base without crossing itself, external side of cover being made from heat-insulating material. Thermoelectric units are placed on sides of cavity made in heat-exchanger for transfusion preparation from the flat base side, in form of hexahedral prism. Liquid-based heat-exchanger consists of metal tube and Archimedes's screw for heat-conducting liquid, inside which cavity is turned. Input and output of heat-removing liquid are provided with connecting pipes.
EFFECT: application of invention allows to reduce weight-dimensional device parametres and simplify its exploitation.
