FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: in the method of colouring cement concrete by depositing on its surface, a solution of coloured inorganic salt, a 10-15% solution of ortho-phosphoric acid or aluminophosphate binder, or aluminoboronphosphate binder is deposited, and after 2-3 minutes, a 8-12% solution of chloride or iron, zinc or barium nitrate or iron or zinc sulphate is added. Later, after 3-5 minutes a solution of coloured inorganic salt is added. This solution can be 8-10% solution of copper sulphate or a 12% solution of chromium chloride, or a 20% solution of cobalt chloride. An version to this method involves preliminary deposit of a 10-15% solution of ortho-phosphoric acid or aluminophosphate binder, or aluminoboronphosphate binder, and after 2-3, a 8-12% solution of a chloride or nitrate of iron, zinc or barium, or iron or zinc sulphate is deposited. After 3-5 minutes, a 8-20% colourless solution of a salt - manganese chloride or zinc nitrate, or sodium metasilicate, or sodium aminoacetate, or sodium oxalate is added. On each indicated colourless salt after 2-3 minutes, the corresponding 8-10% solution of coloured inorganic salt is deposited - on the manganese chloride solution - manganese permanganate solution, on the zinc nitrate solution - potassium dichromate solution, on the sodium metasilicate solution - cobalt chloride solution, on the sodium aminoacetate solution - copper sulphate solution, on the sodium oxalate solution - copper sulphate solution.
EFFECT: increased frost resistance and water impermeability of concrete and obtaining a clean colour of the coloured surface at any time after hardening of material.
