SUBSTANCE: method includes reproduction of analysed nucleic acid in the form of molecular colonies, carrying over of the obtained colonies on a membrane with the subsequent immobilisation and detection of colonies of nucleic acids on a membrane. Detection of colonies of nucleic acids on a membrane carry out by means of hybridisation with fluorescent marked probes and the subsequent reception of the two-dimensional image of a membrane in the regimen providing registration of fluorescence at least of one used probe.

EFFECT: invention application allows to find out specific molecules of RNA and DNA in a biological material using more perfect technology.
