SUBSTANCE: pump includes two or more layers of conductive (including semiconductor) materials, adjoining layers featuring different Peltier coefficients. This double-layer or multilayer construction can contact thermoadjustable object for direct heat exchange between adjoining and distanced object areas. Invention also claims liquid-crystal display with transparent multilayer structure of the claimed heat pump applied to inner surface of one or both display walls. This structure can perform additional functions, such as light filtering, antireflective coating, common electrode, mask.
EFFECT: enhanced heat transfer efficiency.
