FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to the field of electric engineering, specifically to coupling element in the form of shaft transmitting rotation movement between two machine parts. Shaft contains two electroconductive coupling elements (2, 3) performed with possibility to be connected to various electric potentials, and withstanding twisting load insulating tube (4). Both coupling elements (2, 3) are fixed each on one of both ends of isolating tube (4). To make the shaft also capable to transmit considerable torsion torques, for mounting of at least one of both coupling elements (2, 3) adhesive assembly (59) with filled with glue gap (10) is provided, or attachment in the form of cast tube end section.
EFFECT: improvement of considerable torsion torques transmission, and improvement of dielectric and mechanical properties of the device.
