FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for extraction of tumor contains hollow puncture needle with slope on the distal end, pulp extractor with smooth rod and blade. Pulp extractor has screw-shaped blade with sharp outer edge and a lancet-shaped tail part. Pulp extractor is arranged inside the opening of the needle, so that the tail-part of the screw may easily rotate and move onwards and backwards within the slope of the needle. Pulp extractor is connected with reversible electric drive by a coupling sleeve.
EFFECT: creation of surgical instrument for effective removal of tumor of prostate gland within shortest duration time of surgery and with minimal trauma to patients.
