FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology and oncology. When performing radical prostatectomy, distal part of prostatic urethra is recovered and resected at 1 cm from pelvic diaphragm. It is then sutured with a precision separated bladder neck and a proximal portion of the prostatic urethra of not more than 2 cm in length, such that needle prick-in is performed longitudinally in the urethra wall and bladder neck, without mucosal capture, thereby forming a corrugated urethral roller, behind which there is a smooth-muscle sphincter neck of bladder.
EFFECT: method enables complete restoration of urine retention function in early postoperative period and avoiding complications related to anastomosis inconsistency.
