FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: coagulation of kidney parenchyma is carried out by noncontact radiofrequency exposure. Coagulation is performed in argon medium at current frequency of 440 kHz, at impulse frequency of 20-60 kHz and with power output of 20-60 Wt, at the distance of 7-12 mm, by scanning pendular movements at 1.5-2 cm per second.
EFFECT: ensures safe hemostasis of kidney parenchyma, shortens duration of surgical intervention, reduces bactericidal contamination of wound.
