FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, and is intended for optimal positioning of implants in jaw bones with complete or partial absence of teeth. Prosthesis is manufactured from polymer material and adapted for patient. Prosthesis is enveloped with radiopaque agent -layer, on the basis of wax, mixed with radiopaque substance and rolled flat to thickness d=0.3-1.0 mm. Computed tomography of jaw together with installed on oral cavity mucosa prosthesis is carried out. Operation of dental implantation is planned by means of virtual positioning of implants. Prototyping of stereolythographic model of jaw with sleeved, position of which corresponds to virtually placed dental implants. Fitting of prosthesis on prototyped model of jaw is performed, through guide bushings of which holes in prosthesis are formed in corresponding positions. Drilling of patient's jaw bone is performed through holes in prosthesis, which are used as surgical conductors. Implants are installed into prepares holes in jaw bone tissue with their further osteointegration.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of positioning intraosseous dental implants in the process of their installation, reduce time of prosthetics and increase efficiency of implantation performance due to application of prosthesis as surgical conductor and operation zone barrier from oral cavity.
