SUBSTANCE: invention concerns molecular biology and genetics and can be used in sports and in medicine. Predisposition of the person to various kinds of physical working capacity is determined by the analysis of deoxyribonucleic acid by means of the genetic panel including parity of ability and presence of genotypes and alleles of genes, and summation of effects of different genotypes. The genetic panel includes polymorphisms of genes ApoE, ecNOS, AGT, AGTR1, ASYA, AGTR2, BKR, REN, ADRB1, ADRB2, VDR3, AR, PRAR-α, PRAR-δ, PRAR-γ, PGC1A, UCP2, UCP3, ACTN3. These polymorphisms are associated with various types of physical working capacity and-or the abilities influencing certain type of physical working capacity. Invention application allows to raise accuracy and quality of references and interpretings at determination of predisposition of the person to various kinds of physical working capacity.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy and quality of references and interpretings at definition of predisposition of the person to various kinds of physical working capacity.
