FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to gynecology, molecular biology and genetics, namely to determining predisposition to reproductive disorders in females in conditions of excessive phenol contamination. That is ensured by collecting blood samples from the patient, determining the phenol content and the immunoglobulin G (IgG) to phenol level in the sample, also in said patient samples of buccal epithelium are taken, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is extracted from said sample, then on a detecting polymerizer using a polymerase chain reaction in real time, genotyping of actinin ACTN3 gene polymorphism is carried out using as a primer a DNA site by examining the actinin ACTN3 gene genotypes (rs1815739), thereby establishing for said ACTN3 (rs1815739) heterozygous C/T gene, normal homozygous C/C, variant homozygous T/T genotype state, and with simultaneous detection of the following diagnostic criteria: availability of variant homozygous T/T or heterozygous C/T genotypes of ACTN3 gene (rs1815739). Provided simultaneous excess phenol concentration in the blood of more than 2.5 times compared with the reference level of the phenol content in blood of 0.01 mcg/cm3, as well as when the physiological norm of the IgG level to phenol is exceeded in comparison to the upper limit, a predisposition is stated to predisposition of a woman to reproductive failure in conditions of excessive contamination with phenol.
EFFECT: invention provides reliable assessment of the effect of phenol on the predisposition to reproductive disorders in a woman.
