FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns metallurgy field. It is provided method of product manufacturing form α-β-titanium alloy (versions), product made of α-β- titanium alloy and manufacturing method of armor plate from α-β-titanium alloy. Method for product manufacturing according to option 1 from α-β-titanium alloy, containing in wt percentage, from preliminary 2.9 till preliminary 5.0 of aluminum, from preliminary 2.0 till preliminary 3.0 of vanadium, from preliminary 0.4 till preliminary 2.0 of iron, from preliminary 0.2 till preliminary 0.3 of oxygen, from preliminary 0.005 till preliminary 0.3 of carbon, from preliminary 0.001 till preliminary 0.02 of nitrogen and not less than preliminary 0.5 of one or more elements from group: chrome, nickel, silicon or molybdenum, and also unintentional impurity, includes hot working of α-β-titanium alloy by pressure in order to give for alloy a microstructure available for cold deformation, and cold treatment of α-β-titanium alloy by pressure. Invention is directed to loss enhancement of finished product, reduced product energy use thermal treatment of alloy and provides improvement of such rates at products manufacturing as yield strength at tension, breaking point at tension and tensile strain.
