SUBSTANCE: one adjusting hard block is provided (20), whose hardness can be changed and which is made and joined with the vibrating block (5) or forms a constituent part of the vibrating block (5) with the capability of changing through the adjusting block (20) the resonance frequency of the adjusting block (5). Apart from that there is provided block 25 for control, made with electrical capability to control the adjusting block and with the capability of adjusting the resonance frequency of the vibrating block (5) depending on the amplitude and or the vibration frequency, created and/or taken from the vibration block (5).
EFFECT: guaranteeing the capability of changeable settings or coordination of one vibrational property of the device for the determining and controlling of the parameters of the process.
