SUBSTANCE: indicators of diffraction of blood serum of the patient are defined immediately at its entering in a medical institution using the method of a structural refractometry, and after carrying out of emergency therapeutic and diagnostic actions. In case of increase of an indicator of diffraction not less than on 0.001 standard unit, ascertain increase of severity level of patient condition, at dropping not less than on 0.001 - severity level decrease if the diffraction indicator has not changed - characterise condition of the patient as stable.
EFFECT: possibility to carry out the operative control in dynamics of condition of the patient at acute intestinal obstruction.
