METHOD FOR ASSESSING THE CLINICAL COURSE OF THE EARLY POSTOPERATIVE PERIOD IN THE PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM URGENT ABDOMINAL DISEASES Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2729730 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery and resuscitation, and can be used for assessing the clinical course of the early postoperative period in the patients operated on with underlying abdominal diseases. A method for assessing the course of the early postoperative period in urgent abdominal diseases involves examining venous blood, determining the leukocyte count, average molecular weight content, malondialdehyde and lysoform of phospholipids, based on the obtained data, an prediction index for the course of the early postoperative period (PICEPP) is calculated by formula, when this PICEPP value is less than 3.4 indicates the absence of the probability of complications, PICEPP value from 3.5 to 4.1 ascertains a low degree of likelihood of complications, PICEPP value of 4.2 or more notes high probability of complications.

EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy and adequacy of assessing the clinical course of the early postoperative period in the patients with urgent belly diseases within the shortest time.
