FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: waveguide load contains segment of wave guide (1), flanged pipes for absorbing liquid delivery and removal (3), dielectric insert (4) filled with running absorbing liquid (2). Segment of wave guide (1) contains installed cooling chamber (5) with coupling window (6). External sealing elements (7) are mounted between internal part of cooling chamber (5) body and external surface of dielectric insert (4). Internal sealing elements (8) are mounted between flanged pipes for absorbing liquid delivery and removal (3) and internal surface of dielectric insert (4). Inside of dielectric insert between coupling window and sealing elements there are metal shields arranged. Besides, metal shields (9) and flanged pipes for absorbing liquid delivery and removal (3) can have formed holes (10) of diameter no more than 0.25 λg, where λg is wavelengths in absorbing liquid medium.

EFFECT: rise of permissible power with dissipated load.
