FIELD: antenna equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna engineering, in particular to two-channel linear radiators based on a semi-open grooved waveguide, and can be used in phased antenna arrays (PAA) of radar stations of all-round view. Into the created two-channel linear radiator containing a section of the half-open grooved waveguide, an exciter and a matched load of the first emitting channel, connected to opposite ends of the waveguide, wherein at the bottom of the waveguide along its longitudinal axis there are staggered elements of the radiating structure in the form of N metal inserts, additionally introducing exciter and matched load of second emitting channel, arranged in mirror manner relative to exciter and matched load of first emitting channel, wherein the length l of all inserts is the same and is selected based on the condition of negative phase incursion and is determined by the relationship: l = λg(0)/p, where p > 2 and λg(0) is the wavelength in the empty waveguide.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a functionally complete element of the phased antenna array, which increases the rate of scanning of the radar station by introducing a second channel which forms the second beam pattern in the azimuth plane.
