SUBSTANCE: submerged electrical-discharge generator comprises generating circuit 3 made up of n-armatures with the terminals arranged in their centers, an erratic multi-channel discharger 2 with the electrodes-anodes located radially around the cylindrical cathode with a central bore, a step-up pulsed transformer with a coaxial generating line connected to the working tool. The housing-enclosure 1 is furnished with a cylindrical channel for the output insulator to be rinsed and the matching line 6 to be isolated.
EFFECT: improved ecological properties, higher efficiency and pulsed output at the working tool spark gaps.
