SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting, blanching and mincing onions, blanching and mincing carrots, freezing and mincing dill, cutting and mincing mutton, mixing the above components with bone broth, table salt, and CO2-extracts of the specified micromitset biomass, hot black pepper and bay leaves, packing the obtained mix in aluminium tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of new canned food for space feeding with increased digestibility.
