SUBSTANCE: model an intraocular foreign body (IFB), driven in covers of a posterior pole of an eyeball, for working out of new techniques of excision of intraocular foreign bodies, and also ways of prevention and treatment of complications in the posttraumatic period. As IFB use a nail with a body with sharp tip for punching of covers of an eye and with a leg for bracing to sclera. Punch sclera with the nail in several millimetres from an optic disk and fix a noose suture to the sclera. After that, perform puncture of covers of an eye with the needle in any quadrant, several millimetres from limbus. Enter the needle under direct vision to location of IFB in covers of a posterior pole of an eyeball and remove. Thus, model an inlet opening and a wound tract in a vitreous.

EFFECT: reproduction of damage of structures of an eye at the intraocular foreign body driven in covers of a posterior pole.
